Radar "Speed Trap" (as I did today) facing in the other direction as you passed it, would you then flash your headlights on the on comming excessive speeder's to warn them to slow down?

No, these speed traps also help get convicted felons, and others running from the law for various serious offenses off the streets, as well as illegal drugs that are sold to kids. Thje only way I can see me doing it is to warn someone I know and know well who may be coming the other way, but even then I would have second thoughts about ti.

Half the time when someone flash their headlights I slow down but their is never any cop or radar trap to be found.

almost got a 300 dollar one for not havng my insurance card, but the officer is the one who lives next to me so he just told me to talk to my mom about getting the new one.

I won't. Around here, most of the people driving fast enough to get a ticket are also extremely aggressive drivers. I have a deep disdain for those people.

I'm just the opposite people here drive to slow theirs nothing more frustrating than getting behind a driver going 10 mph below the speed limit.

Yes I have heard that as well, even to the point where gang members followed the flasher car home, & did major damage.
